  A 60-90 minute virtual design strategy session where we review your space, discuss project goals, establish a design direction and outline the next steps for implementation. This can work best for those with busy work schedules OR for clients who live out of state. If you live out of state, it is recommended to proceed with a virtual consultation first before scheduling an on-site visit.

Please make your payment first in order to book your consultation. You will then be contacted via email to further discuss your appointment. 

Booking a Design Consultation with BB Designs will help guide you towards your design goals, as well as answers to any pressing questions you may have regarding styling your home.

Consultations are $100-$200, are completed within 60-120 minutes and are performed on-site, payable prior to the meeting. Once you’ve selected a time and date for your consultation, we will reach out to you via email with a few questions about your project.

Due to there being a time limit for each consult, I highly recommend referencing to the list below outlining how to prepare for our meeting:

State your goals:

What is your purpose for the space we’ll be styling? What aesthetic and feel do you want to achieve?  How creative do you want to get? Envision your ideal end result for the space and then gather some example images of the things you like and the spaces that speak to your style. 

Specify your styling problems:

What styling dilemmas can I assist you with? Make a list, starting with your most pressing issue and then continue on down with more items needing to be improved in order of urgency. During our consultation we’ll address the items in your list.

Think about the scope of your project:

Think of your budget for the space. How BIG do you want to go? Are you open to getting rid of any furniture and starting fresh? Do you want me to consider redesigning your walls and flooring completely? Do you have specific limitations in mind concerning budget, time frame, and scope?

Need paint color selections?

Let me know beforehand so I can bring a few paint samples for you to look at.

The Agreement:

After our consultation has been successfully completed, I will email you a Letter of Agreement, where I describe the services you are requesting and detail the payments required. Once this has been signed with a digital signature or in person, we can now start our project. Flat fees are detailed with parameters as noted in the Agreement.

IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT DEADLINE

If you have a tight deadline or you need me to jump on your project right now, an additional fee is assessed to accommodate special needs.

• Personal Shopping:

Our personal shopping services are dedicated to doing all of the hard work for you. This service is either for those that aren’t sure of the project timeline OR for any time spent outside of the originally agreed upon timeframe of completing the project to shop for additional items. We are allotted 6 hours maximum shopping hours per day. Personal shopping can also be done with the client, if preferred.

This service includes:

• Budget management

• Product recommendations

• A private designer-led sourcing experience including curated selections, material review, furniture sourcing and in-store design guidance tailored to your personally curated Design Directive.

• Personal Shopping with Private Chauffeur:

  Experience a seamless, stress-free approach to furnishing and styling your space. This exclusive concierge service includes personalized shopping assistance and private chauffeured transportation to carefully selected showrooms, design centers and specialty retailers. From sourcing furniture, décor, finishes and accessories to providing expert design guidance along the way, every detail is thoughtfully curated to help you make confident decisions while enjoying a luxury design experience.

All of the same design services are still included in this experience:

• Personal Styling:

Our personal styling design service is for those who aren’t sure of the project timeline and would prefer an hourly service. Once all of the proper pieces are selected for the client’s pace, the designer will style the requested space as shown in the approved 3D rendering. This is the final stage styling experience where every detail is curated to bring the design vision to life.

This service includes:

• Accessory placement

• Art styling

• Shelf/ table install/ styling

• Textile layering

• Floral/ greenery placement

• Final finishing touches

Design fees generally include:

Research - Determine needs, desires and budget for the project and verify site conditions with measurements, plans and/or photographs. Budgets are discussed and parameters are established.

Personal Shopping - Proposals for furniture, window treatments, custom pieces or any other aesthetically pleasing design pieces for the space.

Drafting & Design – Crafting a personalized design for the space, to include color schemes, paint samples, digital mood boards, fabric swatches, etc. Shopping and showroom visits are done in this phase as well. Lighting design and selection of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes are completed. Budgets are approved.

Site visits – Made to verify project quality and progress. Ensure that furnishings are delivered and installed.

• MINI Design Package:

For this service, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled. Do you have a few items but need more to compliment what you already have and make it POP?! Maybe your rooms don’t reflect your personality or your style and you need help adding that personal touch? This service is for that last layer of designing a room and is best for a seasonal refresh, small touches to a space, adding wall décor or small pieces like an accent table, etc.

This service includes a custom design concept/ 3D rendering (up to 2 design revisions), personalized Design Directive powerpoint presentation, personally curated shopping list, paint recommendations, unlimited messaging with the designer and 2-4 months max for design delivery.

• Full Design Package:

For this service, we will first schedule an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information and view your home/ rooms that you would like to be styled. Our full design projects include presentations, meetings, project management, etc. Our stylist is there every step of the way to make sure every design detail is handled with care and precision. We're here to handle the process for you and take the burden off you so you can come home to a new sanctuary. This service is for full room makeovers or a blank canvas to work from.  

This service includes a custom design concept (up to 4 design revisions), personalized Design Directive powerpoint presentation, personal shopping with a personal driver/ chauffeur (optional), personally curated shopping list, paint recommendations, unlimited messaging with the designer and 6 months max for design delivery. We anticipate our full service clients to let us purchase and coordinate everything on their behalf. If you have another intention, please let us know in advance of quoting your project fee, as that is a different type of design service.

HOME-Y is a design advice hotline, in which our professional designer can assist you with any Q&A regarding a design dilemma. This service is completed either phone or Zoom call and is designed to help assist our clients on the spot with making difficult decisions when it comes to styling their home. HOME-Y operates as a scheduled design hotline. Once booked, your designer will call you at your confirmed time. ALL calls are booked in advance and begin promptly at the scheduled time.

A Seasonal Refresh is a light yet impactful design update created to keep your Airbnb feeling current, elevated and guest-ready year-round—without a full redesign.

This add-on focuses on rotating and updating select styling elements to align with the season, market trends and guest expectations. The goal is to maintain a polished, high-end look that photographs beautifully, enhances the guest experience and keeps your listing feeling fresh for repeat and new guests alike.

This Service Includes:

• Styling updates using existing furnishings

• Seasonal décor and accessory recommendations

• Color, texture, and textile swaps (pillows, throws, bedding accents, etc.)

• Minor layout refinements for flow and functionality

• Guest-experience touch upgrades

• Photo-ready styling guidance

• Custom Murals, Painting & Wallpaper Installations:

For the client that wants to add a unique to style to their space, we offer custom murals, painting and wallpaper installations as well.

• Booking Appointments:

  BB Designs requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to book your service appointments. It must be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment.

• Reschedule & Cancellations:

  BB Designs requires a minimum of 48-hour notice to reschedule an appointment. If we don’t receive a 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service that is booked.

• Cancellations Within Already Booked Projects:

  Either party may terminate a booked project. If you decide to cancel 7 days prior to the service being performed by the stylist, you will not be charged any additional fees.

  If you decide to cancel in the middle of a project or are a “NO SHOW”, you will be charged 100% of the reserved design services. The stylist will be reimbursed for work performed up to the time of cancellation.
